Scheduled publishing arrives in SuiteSpot

SuiteSpot’s Content Production Board now closes the loop between an approved draft and a scheduled WordPress publish.

What changed

• Approved items can be scheduled on the content calendar in the workspace’s own timezone.
• On platform-controlled sites, SuiteSpot fires the publish at the scheduled time, and the connector confirms it back with a signed write-back.
• On sites that keep editorial control inside WordPress, SuiteSpot hands the scheduled date over and the site publishes on its own clock.
